Stall Fees

• 3m x 3m = $50
• 6m x 3m = $75
• 9m x 3m = $100
• Payment is required no less than one week prior to the start of the event.

Cleaning & Waste Removal

• Waste generated by an event is the responsibility of the event organisers.
• Event organiser is responsible to ensure all litter is removed from the event site and surrounding streets after the event.

Food & Drinks

• Food vendors not registered with public health are required to complete the Temporary Food Stall application under Public Health on Council’s website.
• The application is to be submitted no less than 14 days prior to the start of the booking to ensure there is time for processing.

Liquor Licence

• Serving liquor at an event requires a permit from Liquor and Gaming NSW.
• The liquor application can be completed online. The application is required to be lodged at least 28 days before the function.

Parking

• Parking is permitted in allocated parking areas only.
• Vehicles are not permitted on grassed areas or nature strip.

Temporary Structures

• Tent pegs, stakes or similar are not permitted to secure structures on Council land.
• Structures are to be secured with weights or sandbags.
• All structures are to setup prior to the public being permitted into the event site and pack up is completed after the public have left the site.

Toilets

• Council will provide the toilets at sites clean and stocked at the start of a booking. It is the event organisers responsibility to ensure the toilets are kept clean for the duration of the event.

Insurance & Compliance

• Event organiser is to ensure vendors have current public liability with $20 million.
• Food vendors are required to be registered with Council’s Environmental Health either yearly or temporary registration.
• A Work Health and Safety inspection of each vendors site is to be completed by the organiser, to ensure there are no possible risks that could potentially be hazardous to the public or the vendor.
